Design Request

Please read the following terms and conditions before sending your request.

- Consultation must be conducted before payment and the design process begins. To speed up the design process, please present your own ideas to the table. This will also ensure that you will receive a design that you are satisfied with.

- After the consultation is completed, an official quote will be given and full payment must be given before the design process begins. Invoices shall be delivered upon receipt. Please do not attempt to send payment before consultation is completed and an official quote is provided.

- A proof will be given before finalizing. The proofing process is essential to ensure that all content included in the design is accurate. If an error is missed during the proofing process and material containing the error is used, CVB Photo & Design is not financially liable for reprinting, reproducing & refunding of any amount paid.

- Client is allotted 3 proofs with changes and modifications. After the 3rd proof with changes and modifications, an additional cost shall be added and sent in a separate invoice.

- After the final proof is approved, the client will receive completed high-resolution files via email which may be sent to their desired printer/producer.

- Other payment platforms options are available. Please contact me with any questions concerning the payment.

- I am NOT taking request for designs that are satanic, pornographic, racist, demoralizing, and/or extremely violent in nature.

- I have the right to refuse my services to anyone.
